Chef's Widow

Sometimes I take my life for granted. I dwell on what's wrong and what problems I am facing rather than focusing on the good in my life. I am a lucky woman and I need to constantly remind myself that. Some people spend their entire lives looking for love and I have found mine at such a young age. Some people aren't blessed with children. I have the best one in the universe, ever. Some are hungry, I am not. Some are poor and cold, my heat is too much sometimes. Some live in boxes, I live in New York City in a two bedroom apartment. I am lucky. May the force be with you.
